Items marked as free (Community) are licensed under the MIT License. You may use them in personal and commercial projects, provided you keep the copyright and license notice where the MIT License requires it.

A Pro Annual subscription grants a license to one individual developer. While your subscription is active, you may download and install Pro items and:

• use them in an unlimited number of personal and commercial projects, including client work and SaaS products;
• modify and combine them with your own code; and
• ship them without attribution.

Each developer who uses Pro items needs their own license. Do not share your license key or account.

Pro items you integrated into projects while your subscription was active remain licensed to you permanently for those projects. When the subscription ends you lose access to downloads, the Pro CLI registry, updates and new items; starting a new project with Pro items requires an active subscription.

• Redistribute, resell or sublicense Pro source code, as-is or modified, as standalone components, templates, themes, UI kits or libraries.
• Include Pro items in a product that competes with Jolocky, such as a component library, template marketplace or website builder.
• Make Pro source code publicly available in a way that lets others extract and reuse it, for example in a public repository or gist.
• Share your license key or account with others.

You may publish websites and applications that contain Pro items, for yourself or for clients, as long as the items are part of the product and are not offered to others as source code for reuse.

Some items depend on open-source packages (for example, three.js). Those packages are covered by their own licenses.

If a Pro purchase is refunded, or if you break this License or the Terms of Service, the Pro license for that purchase ends and you must stop using the Pro items obtained with it.
