Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of jolocky.com, the Jolocky component library, the CLI registry and the member dashboard (together, “Jolocky”, “we” or “us”). Jolocky is operated by an independent developer based in Indonesia. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.

Jolocky provides UI sections, footers and components for Next.js, React and Tailwind CSS. You can preview them on the website and install them with the shadcn CLI. Community items are free; Pro items require an active Pro Annual subscription.

You can sign in with an email link, Google or GitHub. You are responsible for activity on your account. Your Pro license key is personal: do not share or publish it. We may suspend accounts that share keys or abuse the service.

• Community is free.
• Pro Annual costs US$72 per year, billed upfront. It renews automatically every year until you cancel.
• Payments, taxes and invoices are handled by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments is the seller of record for your purchase, and its Buyer Terms also apply. The amount shown at checkout may include local taxes or be displayed in your local currency.

You can cancel at any time from the customer portal linked in your dashboard (Billing tab). Cancelling stops the next renewal; your Pro access continues until the end of the year you already paid for.

• You can request a full refund within 14 days of a charge, whether it is your first purchase or an annual renewal, as long as you have not accessed any Pro item since that charge. Accessing a Pro item means viewing or copying its source code on the website, or installing it with the CLI. Live previews on the website do not count.
• Pro items are digital content delivered immediately. Once you access a Pro item after a charge, that charge is no longer refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
• To request one, email support@jolocky.com from the address you used to purchase. We check your account's access history before approving. Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments to your original payment method.
• When a refund is issued, the license key for that purchase is revoked immediately and Pro access ends.
• Deleting your account also deletes its access history, so charges are no longer refundable once you delete your account. Request any refund before deleting it.
• After 14 days, charges are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

What you may do with Community and Pro items is described in the License.

You agree not to:

• share, sell or publish your license key or account access;
• resell or redistribute Jolocky source code, except as allowed by the License;
• scrape the site or bulk-download items beyond normal use of the website and CLI;
• bypass the paywall, rate limits or other security measures; or
• use Jolocky for anything unlawful.

We own the Jolocky website, the brand and the code of the items in the library, which we write ourselves. Items are inspired by the design of other websites and reimagined by us; the names and trademarks of those websites belong to their owners and are mentioned only to credit the inspiration. The projects you build with Jolocky items remain yours, subject to the License.

We may add, change or retire items and features over time.

Jolocky is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that items are error-free or suitable for a particular purpose; please test them in your own projects.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You can stop using Jolocky and delete your account at any time from your dashboard (Account tab). Deleting your account cancels your Pro Annual subscription immediately, so you will not be charged again, and ends your Pro access. Charges are not refundable after you delete your account (see the Refund policy). We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections you have under the laws of your country.

We will update the “Last updated” date when these Terms change, and notify account holders of material changes by email or on the website.
